We have been visualising this women’s retreat for months and are so excited to be birthing a space for women to gather and celebrate sisterhood.

This retreat has been so delicately designed to support women back into joy and calm.

Join us on Friday from 2pm to settle in, enjoy a warm welcome with a cheeseboard and nibbles, and gather for our uplifting opening ceremony and sound bath around 5pm (once everyone has arrived).

We’ll wrap up our journey together on Sunday at 11:30am.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a Substance & Alcohol-Free Retreat. We’ve intentionally created a space for deep connection, relaxation, and healing. To honour this, we ask that you refrain from bringing or consuming alcohol or substances during the retreat. This allows everyone to be fully present and experience the beauty of this weekend with clarity and intention.

Get in touch

    • Beach towel (for our thermal pool time)

    • Your own pillow (if you prefer extra comfort)

    • Hat & suitable walking shoes (for time spent outdoors)

    • Water bottle (stay hydrated and energised)

    • Layers of clothing (Autumn can be unpredictable - bring something cozy!)

    • Any dietary requirements (please make sure we have your details)

    • Cosy clothes for sound bath (a light blanket if you like)

    • Water shoes (If you choose to go in the creek, it's quite rocky)

    • Pyjamas and toiletries

    • A book for quiet time

    • Something special to place on the alter (eg a crystal, rock, flower, feather, a card)

    • Anything else you feel called to bring along for you to be really relaxed and comfortable

  • Each session is lovingly held to create a calm, nurturing space for everyone. Sometimes children or dogs may be able to join, however this isn’t always suitable for every session.

    If you’re thinking of bringing a little one or a furry friend, please reach out so we can see if this session feels like the right fit for all involved.

  • Not at all. This event is suitable for everyone, whether it’s your first time or you’ve attended many before. All you need to do is arrive with an open heart and allow yourself to receive.

  • Emotional release is a normal and welcome part of the process. You are held in a safe and supportive space, and there is no expectation to share unless you wish to.
