I am a passionate and intuitive energy practitioner who is guided by spirit and shaped by my own lived experiences of grief and family addiction.

I hold a compassionate, non-judgemental space for people who are ready to release emotional weight, process difficult experiences and reconnect with themselves.

I’m passionate about holistic wellbeing and I believe there is a strong connection between our emotional experiences and physical wellbeing. As a self-confessed hippy at heart with a deep connection to nature and Mother Earth I believe that caring for ourselves is about how we live, nourish ourselves and stay connected to what matters.

I also believe in the power of intention and trusting the natural flow of life. Manifesting, for me, is about aligning with what feels true, releasing resistance, and allowing the universe to support us when we’re open and ready to receive.

I’ve witnessed incredible healing in those I’ve worked with - especially in the areas of mental health, insomnia, and addiction. I currently provide sound baths for a local rehab and mental health support facility, and I feel honoured to continue this work. There are many moments where I find myself wishing I knew then what I know now.

If I can help even one person find their way through pain and into healing — then it’s all been worth it.

Every session I offer is shaped by lived experience, intuition, and a deep trust in the body’s ability to heal. When given the space, tools, and support it needs. Whether you're seeking calm, clarity, or connection, you're welcome just as you are.

Qualifications

I’m always learning and adding new layers to my work. My practice is supported by formal training, lived experience and ongoing study, allowing me to keep growing and evolving alongside the people I work with!
