Yoga mats and eye masks are provided but please bring a blanket, pillow, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. Wearing weather-wise and comfortable clothing is recommended as the body can cool during deep relaxation.

Each session is lovingly held to create a calm, nurturing space for everyone. Sometimes children or dogs may be able to join, however this isn’t always suitable for every session.

Not at all. This event is suitable for everyone, whether it’s your first time or you’ve attended many before. All you need to do is arrive with an open heart and allow yourself to receive.

Emotional release is a normal and welcome part of the process. You are held in a safe and supportive space, and there is no expectation to share unless you wish to.
