Yoga and Sound at Sangha
Release, Go within, Explore, It’s Your Journey
…with Shelle
Starting with a guided meditation and breathwork, Shelle leads you into gentle movement and stretching before guiding you to meet your edges, look within and breathe your way through any discomforts.
Sound Healing with Shelle while integrating in shavasana, surrounds you in a cocoon of resonance, grounding the shifts and opening you to harmony using crystal and Tibetan bowls.
Whether you are ready to release traumas from your body that are holding you back in life, or just simply wanting to stretch, relax, regulate your nervous system and bring your body back into equilibrium.
Set your sankalpa, your intention and get curious.
This is your journey!
