Mums and Bubs Yoga at Sangha
Stretch, Breathe and Do Your Best!
…with Shelle
Shelle is a mother and grandmother who has been practicing yoga for years! It has been her saving grace, her moment to breathe deeply and go within, sometimes alone and sometimes with a little person either attached somewhere, or rolling around underneath.
It may not flow like yoga should. It may be chaotic and contain moments of needed cuddles or feeding.
But it will be filled with laughs, understanding, well needed stretches and deep breaths!
Finishing with a snuggly moment of shavasana, and the tongue drum and Koshi wind chime.
