Acknowledgement of Services

I understand that the services provided by Shelle Gardner are wellness-based offerings including but not limited to sound healing, meditation, reiki, breathwork, energy healing, and related practices. These services are not medical treatment, psychological therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare advice.

Health Responsibility

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating and accept responsibility for my own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during the session.

I understand it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional regarding any condition that may affect my participation, including but not limited to pregnancy, epilepsy/seizure disorders, severe mental health conditions, cardiovascular conditions, sound sensitivity, recent injury/surgery, metal parts in body, or any other relevant medical concern.

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation may involve risks including but not limited to:

• Emotional release or distress

• Dizziness, fatigue, or physical discomfort

• Unexpected reactions to sound, breathwork, meditation, or energetic practices

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Farm / Venue Risk Acknowledgement

I understand that some sessions are held on a working farm/private rural property and acknowledge inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Uneven, slippery, or unstable ground

• Gravel roads and pathways

• Livestock, dogs, insects, snakes, and wildlife

• Farm machinery and equipment

• Weather-related hazards

I agree to remain in designated areas and follow all directions provided by the host.

Vehicle Access & Parking

I acknowledge that access to the venue may involve entering a rural/farm property and may include gravel roads, uneven terrain, mud, livestock crossings, gates, and other rural access conditions.

I understand that I enter and park on the property entirely at my own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shelle Gardner, the property owners, and associated parties accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to vehicles or personal property while on the premises.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure my vehicle is suitable for the access conditions present on the day.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Shelle Gardner, the property owners, and associated staff/contractors from liability for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from my participation or attendance, except where caused by unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Emergency Medical Consent

If I require emergency medical treatment during the event and am unable to provide consent, I authorise the facilitator/host to seek medical assistance on my behalf.
